A link to an article written by Tom Wacaster as he reflects upon the words of Matthew 13.54.
Tom Wacaster is a great Bible student, preacher, teacher, and writer. I am thankful to own his commentaries and to have benefited from sermons I’ve heard from him. He has a website and I have it loaded into my RSS-reader. I always pay attention when I see something new he has written. Today I saw links to four articles. I would like to recommend you read them all. The one I will link to below is the one entitled: AND THEY WERE ASTONISHED. In this article the Lord Jesus Christ is exalted and praised and I am convinced that we NEVER can see enough of that kind of writing. A study of an alleged contradiction between Galatians and Exodus.
Sometimes we will post something on this site which was a part of the previous site. Today is one of those times. This post was originally placed on the web on November 29, 2012. Alleged contradictions of the Bible always seem to be an interesting and faith-building way to approach Bible study. The atheists and non-believers have only STRENGTHENED our faith by their attacks upon the Bible. We have had to study more diligently and have through that study become even stronger for the spiritual battle Satan wars against us (Ephesians 6.10-18).
Mickey Spiceland is doing a GREAT job teaching the Book of Exodus to our Wednesday Night Auditorium Class. I appreciate so much his good efforts. He makes the class interesting and seems obviously to enjoy teaching us. I enjoy the class a great deal!
Two times this week I have found in my RSS-reader articles from our brother Stephen R. Bradd that had to do with matters discussed in our class. Stephen’s blog: AudioEvangelism.com is an excellent one that I can recommend to you. You can reach that discussion by clicking H-E-R-E and H-E-R-E.
One of the things we want to do on this site is to link to other good Bible study material online. Garland Robinson has long been providing such. He is the producer and editor of the periodical: Seek the Old Paths. The May 2018 issue is now available online. We recommend it to you for your study…
